According to the State Property Fund (SPF), Zaporizhia Titanium and Magnesium Plant is the only manufacturer of spongy titanium in Europe, Kremniypolimer is the only Ukrainian manufacturer of organosilicon products (silicones), and Zaporozhye Aluminum Production Plant is the former flagship of the aluminum industry.
SPF Deputy Chairman Yana Matieva said that the fund's goal is to prepare for privatization and make them attractive to investors. The proceeds from the privatization will be used to support the Defense Forces.
SPF emphasized that each enterprise will become "a promising asset for future investors."
