State Property Fund sold the Vinnitsa Cartographic Factory for UAH 100 million to an Odessa company

During the auction, the cost of the lot increased from UAH 22.1 million to UAH 99.8 million

The press service of the State Property Fund (SPF) announced an auction for the sale of the State Fund for Geospatial Data of Ukraine, better known as the Vinnitsa Cartographic Factory.

It is reported that 10 entrepreneurs participated in the auction. During the auction, the cost of the lot increased from UAH 22.1 million to UAH 99.8 million.

The winning company must also repay UAH 2.5 million of the enterprise's debts and pay UAH 20 million of VAT.

The highest bid for the factory was offered by the construction company from Odessa "Silikat LTD" of the beneficiary Vasily Mitriev. According to open registries, he is also listed as the beneficiary of six more companies and the founder of 10 companies, mainly from the construction industry.

Vinnitsa Cartographic Factory previously specialized in the production of books, cartographic products and the provision of printing services. In recent decades, the factory has fallen into decay, and in 2021 it completely ceased operations.

The factory premises are located in the central area of Vinnitsa. These are eight buildings and 16 structures with a total area of 14 thousand square meters. m, including a production building, an industrial goods store, warehouses, garages, a parking lot.
