Swiss Acino pharmaceutical company will buy Ukrainian Pharma Start pharmaceutical company.
Former adviser to the minister of economic development and trade Jaanika Merilo wrote in her Facebook.
"Acino pharmaceutical company from Switzerland, a leader in advanced technologies, acquires Ukrainian Pharma Start pharmaceutical company," a statement said.
Merilo noted the quality of drugs produced by Pharma Start meet the EU standards, and the manufacturing plant obtained GMP certificate.
