According to the press service of the TAS Group, it bought out the industrial property previously owned by the Poltavkhimmash enterprise.
The purchase was made for 36.04 million UAH.
“The acquisition of industrial real estate “Poltavkhimmash” corresponds to the strategy of active development of the industrial sector of the TAS Group and is aimed, first of all, at the restoration and development of production of domestic railway and automobile tanks, which are extremely necessary for Ukrainian business to transport manufactured products both within the country and export ”, - said the shareholder of the TAS Group Sergey Tigipko.
It is reported that the plant will be modernized and expanded products assortment.
The Poltavakhimmash plant specializes in the production of tanks and was previously part of the Azovmash group.
