Deputies of the Lutsk City Council reviewed the draft decision on granting "FEHU RENT" LLC a permit to carry out an expert monetary valuation of a plot of communally owned land at 6 Yaremchuka Nazariya Street in the city of Lutsk.
As the representatives of FEHU RENT LLC said, the company specializes in distribution, import and export, production of hygiene products. The founders of "FEHU RENT" LLC with a charter capital of UAH 4.7 million are Roman Volodymyrovych Khalandyriv and Serhiy Viktorovych Bilozaretskyi.
The company plans to build a logistics hub in Lutsk, equip cold warehouses and production facilities. The company plans to employ about 100 people.
"We would like to purchase a plot of land, change its purpose and develop the project in parallel," informed the representative of "FEHU RENT" LLC.
The mayor of Lutsk, Ihor Polishchuk, called on the deputies to support investors and vote for the relevant draft decision.
Elected representatives of the community listened to the mayor. It was decided to grant "FEHU RENT" LLC a permit to carry out an expert monetary valuation of a plot of land of communal property of non-agricultural purpose at Yaremchuka Nazariya Street, 6 in Lutsk, with an area of 6.27 hectares, cadastral number 0710100000:42:018:0027, the type of purpose of the land plot - for collective garage construction.
