According to the AMCU, permission was granted to the founder and chairman of the supervisory board of the agricultural holding Ristone Holdings, Vadim Nesterenko, to buy the Agroselmash company (Dnipro).
It is specified that the deal is the acquisition by an individual citizen of Ukraine Vadim Nesterenko of a stake in the authorized capital of Agroselmash, which ensures that 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the company are exceeded.
According to the YouControl analytical system, Elena Sinelnikova is still the ultimate beneficiary of Agroselmash.
