The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed the company Namsen Limited, which is controlled by the chairman of the board of directors of Kernel, Andrey Verevsky, to acquire the enterprise Agrodom.
According to the AMCU, permission was granted to Namsen Limited (Nicosia, Cyprus) to acquire a share in the authorized capital of Agricultural Enterprise Agrodom (Gorodishche village, Bakhmachsky district, Chernigiv region), which ensures an excess of 50 % of votes in the supreme governing body of the company.
According to the YouControl analytical system, the founders of the Agrodom agricultural holding are Valentina Davydenko (mother of the deceased MP Valery Davydenko), Irina Khomaiko and the Progressive Investment Strategies Fund.
