"Permission has been granted to Lonmar LLC to acquire a stake in the equity capital of Khorolsky Elevator LLC, thus ensuring that it exceeds 50% of the votes in the senior management body of the company," the AMCU said on social media.
Khorol Elevator LLC was registered in January 2010. According to YouControl, the company has not operated for 14 years and 3 months. The main activities of Khorolsky Elevator LLC are warehousing, wholesale trade in grain, animal feed, chemical products, growing grain and industrial crops.
The LLC has equity capital of UAH 4.8 million. Kernel-Capital LLC (80%) and Kernel-Trade LLC (19.9%) are the founders of the Khorol Elevator, and entrepreneur Andrei Verevsky is the ultimate beneficiary of both enterprises.
Kernel is one of the largest Ukrainian producers and exporters of sunflower oil, engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and their sale.
Lonmar LLC was founded in 2020 in Nikolayev. It specializes in brokerage re-selling of agricultural raw materials, live animals, textile raw materials and semi-finished products; in wholesale trade of grain, unprocessed tobacco, seed and animal feed; in timber and building materials; in the rental and operation of real estate; and in cargo transportation.
Lonmar LLC saw net loss increase 17.3% to UAH 1.133 million and assets decrease 2.5% to UAH 642.95 million in 2023. Meantime, income rose 5.8% to UAH 23.49 million, and debt obligations increased 1.9% to UAH 580.66 million.
The enterprise has equity capital of UAH 3,000 and one employee, and former director Katerina Lodba is the sole beneficiary. Lodba also owns Grebinskovskoe GPP LLC, Zlagoda LLC, Grebinskovsky Zernoprodukt LLC, Hart Complex LLC, Sibkor Elevator Company Galeshchina LLC, Agrofirma Ukraine JLLC and Agrofirma Wisla LLC.
