Given algorithm Opendatabot found out changes in business ownership structure of the two rival job search websites in Ukraine. Gravitation-U company, associated with the owners of Work.ua, has become a shareholder of Rabota International (Rabota.ua). In the meantime, the owner of Rabota.ua mr. Przemyslaw Gacek became a shareowner of Work Ukraine LLC (Work.ua).
The CEO and co-founder of Work.ua mr. Artur Mikhno has confirmed the fact of the deal but refused to disclose details arguing in favor of the terms of the engagement. At this, the companies will continue to compete, as major shareholders remain the same in the rival job search engines. As a result, Work Ukraine LLC and Grupa Pracuj (mr. Przemyslaw Gacek) will respectively be interested to asserting leadership and continue competition.
The CEO of Rabota International (Rabota.ua) Nikolay Mikhailov also confirmed that Grupa Pracuj of mr. Przemyslaw Gacek continues to be the major shareholder for making independent decisions and appointing the company’s management.
