China National Complete Engineering Corporation and the government of Ukraine have agreed upon the terms of the USD 500mln facility to finance the leasing program for housing in Ukraine. The simplified terms of the lease program will enable citizens to purchase housing at favorable terms.
The facility will be provided for 15 years under effective annualized yield of 4.5%. The funds will be allocated according to the disbursement schedule in several tranches.
To note, the State Mortgage Institution of Ukraine is responsible for implementation of financial leasing programs. And China National Complete Engineering Corporation won a tendering procedure on attraction of foreign loans for the program in Ukraine.
