Ukrainian startup Teletactica, which develops resilient communication systems for electronic warfare (EW) environments, has raised $1.5 million in funding. The round was led by MITS Capital, which had previously supported Teletactica through an accelerator program and pre-seed financing. U.S.-based venture firm Green Flag Ventures also participated in the round.
Teletactica produces modular communication equipment capable of operating without GPS in high-interference settings. Its product line includes video modems, telemetry modems, and antennas. The newly raised capital will be used to advance tactical communication systems and expand into European markets.
Perry Boyle, CEO of MITS Capital, noted that Teletactica successfully completed the accelerator program and exceeded expectations in both technical and operational performance. Justin Ziaja, General Partner at Green Flag Ventures, emphasized the team’s deep expertise and its ability to deliver effective solutions in EW conditions.
Founded in September 2023 by Yevhen Zhebko and Anton Hetman, Teletactica specializes in military-grade communications systems designed for complex operational environments. The company ensures secure voice and data transmission without GPS and with minimal infrastructure.
MITS Accelerator was established by a group of U.S. investors led by Perry Boyle, a former executive committee member at Point72, LP. The MITS fund totals $50 million. The supervisory board is co-chaired by Philip Karber, former advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Defense and NATO Secretary General, and Ernest Herold, former NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Defense Investment.
