Ukrainian startup Uspacy, which develops a platform for managing business processes for small and medium-sized businesses, has announced the launch of a €300,000 bridge-to-seed investment round. The company plans to raise the funds by the second quarter of 2026 to achieve its target growth metrics and prepare for the next stage of financing.
The company already has experience in raising capital: about eight months ago, Uspacy closed a €420,000 pre-seed round with participation from Estonian fund Startup Wise Guys and Ukrainian business angels. Since then, the startup has shown positive momentum — monthly recurring revenue increased by almost 50%, while average monthly revenue more than doubled.
According to CEO and co-founder Dmytro Suslov, one Ukrainian business angel has already joined the current round, while negotiations with European funds are ongoing. The funds raised will be directed toward two key areas — product development and marketing.
In its product strategy, Uspacy is focusing on the development of Agentic AI — an approach in which the system not only automates processes, but also analyzes data, suggests next steps to users, and helps them make decisions. The company has already implemented some of these functions and plans to significantly expand their number: more than 60 AI tools are currently in development and are expected to transform the platform’s functionality.
A significant share of the investment will be allocated to marketing, with a focus on the Ukrainian market, as well as testing and scaling in English-speaking European markets. Earlier, the company announced the transformation of its product from a universal all-in-one solution into a specialized Agentic AI platform, reflecting its ambition to occupy the niche of intelligent business tools.
If the round is successfully closed, Uspacy plans to double its MRR in Ukraine to €80,000 and increase the share of foreign customers to 20%. The company is already working to expand its geographic presence, including entry into the markets of Poland, Brazil, and other countries.
Uspacy was founded in 2022 by the team of Dmytro Suslov, Kyrylo Melnychuk, Spartak Polishchuk, and Volodymyr Pimakhov. The platform combines a CRM system, task and project management tools, corporate chat, and business process automation. It supports integrations with marketplaces, CMS platforms, delivery services, and payment providers, and also offers a mobile app and a social-style news feed. The solution is already used by both private companies and government organizations.
The project team has experience working at the Ukrainian office of Bitrix24, which previously focused on implementing CRM solutions. After the company ceased operations in Ukraine in 2023, Uspacy became one of the new products created based on the team’s accumulated expertise.
