According to InVenture, a 5,000-hectare farming company in Mykolaiv and Odesa regions is for sale, with an optional grain elevator 5 km from the Port of Pivdennyi

A Ukrainian agricultural company with 5,000 hectares of arable land in the Mykolaiv and Odesa regions is currently for sale. The offer includes the option to acquire a grain elevator with a storage capacity of 15,000 tons, situated just 5 km from the deep-water Port of Pivdennyi. The asking price for the agricultural company is $4.95 million, while the grain elevator is valued at $1.3 million.

The company operates two land clusters: 1,500 hectares in Odesa region and 3,500 hectares in Mykolaiv region. The land is under cultivation, with an average lease term of five years. The fields consist of fertile black soil, with plot sizes ranging from 50 to 120 hectares. Assets include two privately owned production bases with infrastructure for personnel, situated on a total of 13.5 hectares of land. The company’s machinery fleet comprises 42 units of imported equipment from leading global brands such as John Deere, Case, and Horsch.

The grain elevator complex is located in Odesa region, in close proximity to the Port of Pivdennyi. It features 15,000 tons of flat storage capacity, a grain dryer (20 tons/hour), and two cleaning lines (100 and 50 tons/hour). The facility is staffed by a team of 13 employees.

The elevator enables deep post-harvest grain processing, loading of sea containers, formation of mixed grain lots, and vessel topping-off operations. The 18-hectare land plot on which it stands allows for future expansion of storage capacity up to 50,000 tons.
