Founded in 2019 by Andrii Setinnyk, PeopleForce is an all-in-one HR platform designed to enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
According to the company, PeopleForce has established itself as a recognized leader in the HR tech sector.
Its client portfolio includes well-known brands such as Autenti, eSky Group, and Brand24 in Poland, alongside international clients like TestDevLabs, Paysera, and Ajax Systems.
Co-CEO Mykola Mykhailov reported that the company achieved 80% global ARR growth over the past 12 months.
PeopleForce’s innovative approach to automating HR workflows positions it as a key driver of transformation in the human capital management space.
The newly raised capital will support PeopleForce in strengthening its presence across three high-growth markets – Poland, Mexico, and Colombia – and accelerate its mission to transform HR processes on a global scale.
