The British startup attracted USD 12.5mln in its next investment round

Ukrainian MacPaw became part of USD.12.5mln investment round of the British startup Paddle. According to TechCrunch, Notinal Capital from Britain was the leading investor of the round. BGF Ventures and Kindred Capital also took part in the round continuing to fuel the software development. Paddle plans to increase a number of employees from 40 to 100 people by the end of 2018.

The participation of Ukrainian MacPaw was an expected move, as its macOS- app DevMate became part of Paddle in May, 2017. At this, Oleksandr Kosovan, founder of MacPaw, joined the supervisory board of the British startup.

Christian Owens, previous participant of Thiel Fellowship, founded Paddle in 2012. The idea behind is to help software developers to manage the entire sales process from licensing, trials, payments and analytics, internationalization and other. All the featuring is offered in a single platform avoiding long process of solving puzzles from different services and API for licensing.
