Ukrainian startup memoryOS, the developer of a mobile application designed to improve memory and cognitive skills, has raised over $1 million in funding from Ukrainian venture capital firms Flyer One Ventures, SID Venture Partners, Vesna Capital, Angel One Fund, as well as angel investor Anthony Brenninkmeijer.

According to a source cited by Forbes, the round was closed at a $20 million post-money valuation.

The company’s core product is a gamified mobile app that combines memory training techniques with interactive learning tools. The app has been downloaded more than 500,000 times to date.

memoryOS plans to use the newly secured funding to expand its team, further develop its technology, and scale its user acquisition efforts.

Founded in 2019 by Alex Ruzh and Jonas von Essen, a two-time World Memory Champion, the startup reports significant improvements among its users—claiming a 70% increase in memory accuracy and a 60% boost in recall speed across thousands of users.
