Greenscreens.ai, a U.S.-based startup developing an AI-powered pricing platform for the logistics industry, will be acquired by Triumph Financial in a $160 million deal. The transaction includes $140 million in cash and $20 million in Triumph stock, with the deal expected to close in Q2 2025.
Ukrainian venture capital firm Flyer One Ventures invested in Greenscreens.ai in February 2022. According to managing partner Vitaly Laptenok, the startup later attracted additional investors and closed a $5 million Series A round in November 2022. The fund did not disclose the size of its initial investment.
Laptenok noted that Flyer One Ventures typically invests from $100,000 per deal and targets up to 10% equity stakes, usually in funding rounds valued up to $30 million.
He added that one of the key drivers of Greenscreens.ai’s success was its ability to onboard clients rapidly. While traditional logistics software can take months to implement, the startup reduced that process to just three to five days, significantly accelerating its scalability.
