Ukreximbank sold the building in Lviv for UAH 412 million

The building is an architectural monument of the 19th century

It is reported that the state-owned Ukreximbank has sold the branch building at Mitskevich Square, 4, in the center of Lviv. The auction, held on the OpenMarket platform, was attended by 10 participants. The winning bid was UAH 412 million.

The name of the winning bidder is not disclosed.

Starting price for three premises with a total area of 7108 sq. m. m amounted to UAH 373 million. One of the buildings is an architectural monument and belongs to the cultural heritage of Lviv. It was built in 1804, and during Polish times there was a hotel "European" (Hotel d'Europe), which is one of the oldest in Lviv, during the times of the USSR there was a hotel "Ukraine" and a cafe.

In 2006, the central office of Ukreximbank was opened in a building renovated in the style of Austrian classicism of the 60-70s of the 19th century.
