The plant, covering 7,200 square meters, includes production halls, raw material storage, and finished goods warehouses. According to Dmytro Kysylevskyi, Deputy Head of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Development, the plant’s output capacity reaches up to 200,000 square meters of panels per month. The industrial park “Formacia,” developed by Alterra Group, provides the facility with full energy, transport, and engineering infrastructure.
The factory operates on a modern automated line supplied by Italian manufacturer SAIP, enabling the production of wall and roofing panels with various insulating cores. Previously, USP Panels operated its main facility in Ternopil.
Founded in 2006 and owned by Andriy Porytsky from Lviv region, USP Panels has shown solid growth. According to YouControl data, the company’s net revenue in 2024 increased by 37% compared to 2023, reaching UAH 589.4 million, though net profit declined 2.6 times to UAH 6.5 million. In the first half of 2025, the company reported net profit of UAH 10.4 million and revenue of UAH 333 million.
The “Formacia” industrial park, added to Ukraine’s official registry in October 2023, is managed by Alterra Group in cooperation with the Lviv City Council, Kyiv School of Economics, and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. The project covers over 30 hectares, with plans for more than 150,000 square meters of industrial premises. Future development will also include prototyping labs, an R&D center, coworking spaces, a conference hall, and a startup incubator. Total investment in the park is expected to exceed UAH 5 billion.
Alongside USP Panels, several other companies are already operating or constructing facilities in the park, including fire and special equipment manufacturer “Pozhmashina,” jewelry producer Family Gold Masters, sock brand Dodo Socks, and others. The first 22,000-square-meter phase of the park was commissioned in September 2025, with an additional 11,000 square meters planned by year-end. Full build-out is expected by 2028.
