The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) allowed Anna and Karina Zlochevsky's Industrial Company Gazvydobuvannya LLC to concentrate more than 50% in Technogazindustria LLC
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) allowed the Industrial Company Gazvydobuvannya LLC of Anna and Karina Zlochevsky (daughter of the ex-minister of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine Mykola Zlochevsky) to concentrate more than 50% in Technogazindustriya LLC.
According to the AMCU, the permit was issued following the meeting of the committee on 08/05/2021.
According to Geoinform Ukraine, Tekhnogazindustriya owns three special permits for subsoil use for the Oskolonovskaya, Kryakovskaya and Vostochnovergunskaya oil and gas fields (all - Luhansk region).
As reported, according to the Interfax-Ukraine agency, the beneficiaries of all key companies of Zlochevsky's Burisma group, which carries out exploration, production, servicing and sale of hydrocarbons, were his daughters Anna and Karina.
They, in particular, became the beneficiaries of "Esko-Pivnich", "Kub-Gas", "Pari", "The First Ukrainian Oil and Gas Company", "Sistemoilengineering", "Nadragaz", "Aldea-Ukraine", "Burisma Service", "Technokomservis”, “Nadragazvydobuvannya”, “Gazoilinvest”, “Geounit” and “Naftogazopromyslova Geoligia”.
Burisma produces about 1 billion m3 of gas per year.
