Agriholding MHP exchanged its Russian active assets for Ukrainian ones

The bargain is basically a pure swap

On the site of London city brokers' board on Tuesday appeared a piece of news about "Mironivsky Hliboproduct" (MHP) agriholding`s exchanging its grain production LLC "Voronezh Agro Holding" assets in Voronezh district for LLC "Agrokultura" assets in Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk districts of Ukraine.

Agriholding while commenting this news underlined that the bargain is basically a pure swap without any financial adjustments and on basis of an equal floating capital.

There are 40 thous. ha of lands at "Voronezh Agro Holding" disposal, and its grain storage capacity reaches 150 thous. t. "Agrokultura" for its part has 60 thous. ha with 90 thous. t of grain storage capacity.

MHP business-strategy in the nearest future foresees an increase of Ukrainian real estate bank up to 500 thous. ha.  

Nowadays "Mironivsky Hliboproduct" is one of the leaders in poultry production in Ukraine and also it produces grain, sunflower oil and other food products.

Swedish agro company "Agrokultura" began its activity in 2006. The main owners of the company are Steenord Corp and Magna Investments Ltd investment companies. "Agrokultura" company`s previous year financial report gives an evidence of its land holding with 70,8 thous. ha in Ukraine and 145,8 thous. ha in Russia.
