The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has approved the joint acquisition of control over Winhub Kyiv Limited by US-based WSRE Project 18 LLC and Cyprus-based BIOSPI Holdings Limited. Winhub Kyiv Limited is associated with the development of the Winhub Kyiv logistics park in Kyiv region. The project is being developed by Ukrainian company WinHub, linked to entrepreneur Ruslan Shostak.
The Class A logistics park is planned for the village of Mriya, approximately seven kilometers from Kyiv along the E40 highway. The project предусматривает the development of around 90,000 square meters of warehouse space, with total investment estimated at $80 million.
The project will be implemented in five phases. The first phase предусматривает the construction of approximately 20,000 square meters of warehouse facilities. WinHub acquired the 18-hectare land plot in March 2026.
According to RetailersUA and NV, the AMCU approval marks another step in the project's development following an agreement signed by the partners in June 2026 at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Gdańsk. WSRE Project 18 LLC is registered in Delaware, United States, while BIOSPI Holdings Limited and Winhub Kyiv Limited are registered in Cyprus.
Most of the project's financing is expected to come from international financial institutions and banks, including Polish lenders. Construction of the first phase was scheduled to begin in autumn 2026, with completion planned for the second half of 2027.
The development of Winhub Kyiv comes amid a shortage of modern warehouse space in the Kyiv region. The new logistics park is expected to expand the supply of Class A warehouse infrastructure and create additional opportunities for logistics and retail companies.
