Leaders of Ukraine’s Agricultural Market: 12 Companies Earned More Than UAH 1 Billion in 2025

Who were the leaders of Ukraine’s agricultural market in 2025? Twelve companies earned more than UAH 1 billion in 2025, as the sector’s total profit reached UAH 203 billion

Ukraine’s agricultural sector increased its net profit to UAH 203 billion in 2025, with as many as 12 companies surpassing the UAH 1 billion profit mark. For investors, this signals not only the sector’s resilience, but also the high concentration of financial results within large agricultural holdings and companies backed by foreign capital.

Ukraine’s agricultural sector generated UAH 203 billion in net profit in 2025, up 15% year-on-year. The combined revenue of agribusiness enterprises reached UAH 1.28 trillion, compared with UAH 1.2 trillion in 2024, marking growth of 6.7%.

These figures are based on data from VKURSI Market BI, a market analytics service that compiles information from public registries. The sample included agricultural enterprises, excluding plant propagation, hunting, forestry, and fisheries.

The most profitable company in Ukraine’s agricultural sector in 2025 was Druzhba-Nova LLC, which posted UAH 1.92 billion in net profit. Other top performers included Ukraina 2001 LLC with UAH 1.79 billion, Agroprodservice PE with UAH 1.61 billion, Agrarna Kompaniia 2004 PE with UAH 1.39 billion, and Vinnytska Ptakhofabryka LLC with UAH 1.38 billion.

The list of companies that earned more than UAH 1 billion in net profit in 2025 also included Agro-Verbivchyk LLC with UAH 1.22 billion, Batkivshchyna LLC with UAH 1.21 billion, Goodvalley Ukraine LLC with UAH 1.19 billion, Myronivska Ptakhofabryka PJSC with UAH 1.1 billion, Agrofirma Svitanok PE with UAH 1.09 billion, Baryshivska Grain Company LLC with UAH 1.04 billion, and Enselco Agro LLC with UAH 1.02 billion.

From an investment perspective, it is notable that 8 out of the 12 billion-hryvnia profit companies are part of large industrial groups or agricultural holdings. In particular, Ukraina 2001 LLC represents the group of the same name, Agroprodservice PE is part of the Agroprodservice group, Agrarna Kompaniia 2004 PE belongs to Vitagro, Vinnytska Ptakhofabryka LLC and Myronivska Ptakhofabryka PJSC are part of MHP, Agrofirma Svitanok PE belongs to the Svitanok group, while Druzhba-Nova LLC and Enselco Agro LLC are part of Kernel.

Another important signal for the market is the presence of foreign capital among the most profitable players. Of the 12 companies, four have foreign owners: Druzhba-Nova LLC and Enselco Agro LLC are backed by Cypriot capital, Goodvalley Ukraine LLC by Danish capital, and Baryshivska Grain Company LLC by Swedish capital.

Thus, the profitability structure of Ukraine’s agricultural sector in 2025 shows that the bulk of financial results is concentrated among large integrated players, some of which already operate with international capital. For investors, this confirms that Ukrainian agribusiness remains one of the country’s key sectors, combining scale, profitability, and potential for further consolidation.
