According to Alexey Zubrytskiy vice-chairman of Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food privatization working party, the administration came over to the practical stage of initiative implementation of non-effective governmental enterprises transfer to private individuals.
The working party made a financial diagnostics of facilities basing on which it recommended the first 100 government enterprises for privatization. There are 37 government enterprises in this list, which are now prohibited for privatization.
In the words of Alexey Zubrytskiy the agreement regarding to liberalization of aforecited government enterprises has already been reached. All information about 100 governmental enterprises which were recommended will be given to State Property Fund. The Fund should make their own analysis, after which the objects for privatization will be determined. In such a way all assets will come under the control of the Fund.
According to the government enterprises financial activity analysis, government enterprise statistics incur multimillion losses each year. Provisional losses estimate riches 500 mln UAH.
The expert is sure, that even the lease of land lots, which belong to these enterprises, at the common rate can generate a profit which will be equal to the present losses.
Currently 571 government enterprises are under the authority of Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, 96 of which are officially functioning, and only 20 are profitable. 154 objects are on the stage of bankruptcy or liquidation. The price for other 100 assets is no more than 100 thous. UAH. However 177 agrarian governmental enterprises are prohibited for privatization and 18 of them are located on the territory of AR of Crimea.
Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food offered to sell non-effective assets for the purpose of production adjustment and investments encouraging.
