Oschadbank to Receive Third EUR75 Million Tranche from EBRD to Support Entrepreneurs

State-owned Oschadbank (Kyiv) has signed a memorandum with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to receive the third tranche of EUR75 million

State-owned Oschadbank (Kyiv) has signed a memorandum with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to receive the third tranche of EUR75 million under a EUR200 million risk-sharing program aimed at supporting Ukrainian businesses during wartime.

“The program is designed to support entrepreneurs amid the full-scale invasion. The risk-sharing instrument has significantly eased collateral requirements, making lending through Oschadbank more accessible,” said the bank’s Chairman of the Board, Serhii Naumov, on his Telegram channel on Thursday.

It is noted that a significant portion of the financing will go toward supporting businesses that have lost assets or suffered damage due to the war, relocated companies, and enterprises that assist veterans, displaced persons, people with disabilities, as well as women- and youth-led businesses.
