Investments in the creation of the MonoDoctor medical hub in Lviv have exceeded UAH 100 million. The project involves the launch of a large multifunctional medical space that brings together 25 clinics at a single location.
The investors and co-owners of the hub are MonoDoctor founder Veronika Fedyshyn and Ihor Liski, founder of the investment company EFI Group. According to EFI Group (Effective Investments), the company acted as the project’s strategic partner.
The medical hub currently occupies 4,500 square meters. The facility hosts clinics across a wide range of medical specialties, and the projected patient flow is up to 1,000 people per day, making it one of the largest private medical centers in Lviv.
MonoDoctor already brings together well-known medical and pharmaceutical brands. These include the Eskulab laboratory network, the “Bazhaiemo Zdorovia” pharmacy chain, a Medical 3D Diagnostics Center, the Blaho cardiology clinic, the Tvoya Stopa podology clinic, the Vershe Clinic and Giorno Dentale dental clinics, as well as the Svystun Family Vision Center ophthalmology clinic.
For EFI Group, participation in the MonoDoctor project logically complements its existing healthcare portfolio. This includes the DOC.UA online medical service, as well as Ukraine’s largest primary healthcare network by number of signed patient declarations, operating under the brands “Mii Likar” and “Medychna Zirka.”
The Effective Investments group was founded in 2007 and implements business projects in Ukraine across multiple sectors. Its key investment focus areas include healthcare and medtech, as well as the paper, food, and wood-processing industries, and agricultural supply.
The group’s portfolio includes assets such as Feednova, a producer of animal fats and feed additives; the Medychna Zirka medical network; the Zhytomyr Cardboard Plant; cardboard packaging manufacturer Sem Ecopak; the Forest Technology wood-processing company; agricultural supplier EFI Agro; and the Doc.ua medical online hub.
