Bunge Ukraine and Marine Terminal EVERI will construct sunflower oil pipeline for connecting tank farms, told Mykola Balakirev a representative of Marine Terminal EVERI at the meeting of the permanent MPs commission on industry, transport, energy saving, communications, services, entrepreneurship and trade.
The length of the underground sunflower oil pipeline will be 3 km, and it will pass under and above the ground.
To implement this project, the holding filed for a land plot of 6,000 square meters having a width of two meters. The Department of Architecture and the Council of Deputies have already approved the allocation of such a site.
To remind, the company Bunge Ukraine invested USD 180mln in construction of a new production and reloading complex that includes a plant for the production of vegetable oils and a reloading terminal. The company also expanded capacity of its grains terminal. This project has become one of the largest US investments in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy. The production and reloading capacity of the project stands 1mln tons.
