Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk said in his Telegram channel that the Cabinet of Ministers had decided to establish a Partial loan insurance fund for agricultural sector.
As you know, UAH 240 million for the fund nominal capital establishment have been envisaged by the State Budget in 2020.
The head of government noted that the Fund will provide access for small and medium-sized businesses (up to 500 hectares) to bank loans, reducing the cost of gaining them. In addition, it also minimizes the risks of potential loan defaults.
Oleksiy Honcharuk added that small and medium-sized farmers will be able to be full-fledged market participants thanks to government support.
