The funds will be provided within 1 year under interest rate of 21.5%. The collateral for the facility is grains of food wheat which market price is worth more than UAH 2bn.
The agreement between the parties was signed after prior consent of Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Last year, Agrarian fund received UAH 300mln worth of loans from Ukrgasbank and successfully met all obligations in time.
The Chairman of the Board of Agrarian fund Mr. Andriy Radchenko noticed: "Funds from our partner, state owned bank Ukrgasbank, wil be channelled on forward contracts program and support for partnering agricultural producers".
