According to the Polish Ministry of Economy, the maximum loan amount for a single Polish company is €2.33 million, with an annual interest rate of 2% and a repayment term of up to 12 years. Loan applications are being processed by three partner institutions of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
The loans can be used for investments, working capital, export and import development, and collaboration between Polish and Ukrainian businesses.
Funds are intended to support transportation, logistics, storage of goods and building materials, infrastructure development—including roads, railways, energy, water supply—as well as public and residential construction projects.
The program also covers the preparation of feasibility studies, research, investment projects, and activities of medical companies, including the production of prosthetics and medical supplies for Ukraine, as well as the import of Ukrainian products and support for companies involved in reconstruction efforts.
Additionally, loan funds may be used to purchase real estate in Poland for the construction of warehouses, factories, or plants if tied to investment objectives. Certain sectors are eligible for additional benefits under the program, organizers noted.
