Rivne-based company CS Group Montazh has won a tender to carry out construction works on the waste processing plant on Plastova Street in Lviv. The company offered to complete the works for UAH 92.68 million, compared with an estimated procurement value of UAH 95.54 million.

The tender was announced through the Prozorro public procurement system, with the auction held on September 2, 2026. Only one bidder participated in the competition — CS Group Montazh. The contract between the client, Lviv municipal enterprise Green Lviv, and the winning bidder has not yet been signed.

Under the procurement terms, the contractor must complete the specified works by July 1, 2027. The project involves continuing construction of the waste processing plant on Plastova Street in Lviv.

CS Group Montazh LLC was registered in Rivne in 2013. Its primary business activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The company is owned by Oleh Yakymiuk and Dmytro Struk.

The company regularly participates in public procurement tenders. One of its largest clients is Energoatom. According to Prozorro data, the total value of contracts awarded to CS Group Montazh exceeds UAH 900 million. A significant share of these contracts relates to the reconstruction and modernization of energy infrastructure facilities.

Construction of the waste processing plant on Plastova Street in Lviv began in September 2021. The total project cost is estimated at around €35 million.

The project is financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), international donors and the budget of the Lviv urban territorial community.

In April 2026, Lviv terminated its contract with Polish company Control Process SA, which had previously served as the project contractor. The decision to end the cooperation was made due to multiple violations and delays in the construction schedule.

Following the change of contractor, CS Group Montazh is expected to continue construction and related works. The new contractor is required to complete the works covered by the current procurement and finish them by July 2027.
