The Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine decided to endorse the filing from Sberbank upon obtaining property located in Kyiv where there is situated a shopping and recreation center Magelan. The final beneficiary of the property is Krai Property. According to the court decisions register, Krai Property opened a line of credit worth USD 51mln along with a revolving credit line from Sberbank back in September 2011. The collateral for the facility served SEC Magelan with a total area of 28 500 square meters. The estimated worth of which amounted to UAH 461mln at the time of the deal making. Krai Property is a subsidiary of group of companies Krai associated with Anatoliy Yurkevych, the owner of Milkiland. Krai is engaged in retail and wholesale businesses, as well as development of commercial property.
