The most popular game, created by Plarium, is the strategy game Vikings: War of Clans.
The CEO of Aristocrat Trevor Crocker believes that the purchase of Plarium will allow the company to expand its interests in the fast-growing mobile games market including the US market worth USD 43.6bn in mobile and web games. As of present, the social casino market for the company stands at USD 3.2bn, but after adding the segments such as strategy, RPG and casual games, it will expand to USD 25.4bn.
