The press service of the Lviv Regional Administration announced that the company will build a new plant for the production of dry building mixes Siltek in the village of Rozvadov by 2024. Investments - €20 million, production capacity 150 tons per year. More than 150 new jobs will be created.
Also, the construction of a plant for the production of aerated concrete blocks is planned in Rozvadov.
The object will be built in two phases. The expected investment is about €50 million. The new production complex will occupy 15 hectares.
After the construction of the first stage is completed, it is expected that the capacity of the plant will exceed 500 thousand cubic meters. m of production per year. After the completion of the second stage, the volume of production will double. The plant will hire more than 500 workers.
Kovalska has been operating in the Lviv region for more than two years. Production facilities are located in Rozvadov, where the company mines sand and limestone. Kovalska invested €15 million in this production.
