According to the protocol of the auctions held on the OpenMarket site, on April 17, 2024, the state-owned Ukreximbank held an auction for the sale of a complex of buildings and structures, as well as a plot of land in the Kyiv region, belonging to the Boryspil Automobile Plant of the Etalon Corporation.
The lot was sold at the starting price - UAH 108.41 million ($2.7 million at the current exchange rate)
Eight bidders applied for participation in the auction, but seven of them were rejected due to non-payment of the guarantee fee.
The winning bidder is currently unknown.
The total area of the gas station complex in the village of Prolisky (Boryspil district) is 18,675 square meters. m, in particular:
- the main production building (7,679 square meters);
- administrative and household building with a dining room (3,213 sq.m.) on 5 floors;
- production building (645 square meters);
- spare parts warehouse (4,017 square meters);
- other buildings and structures.
The factory buildings were built in 1980-1990.
The land plot has an area of 7.52 hectares (3220888000:03:004:0028) and the purpose is "For the placement and operation of the main ancillary and auxiliary buildings and structures of processing, machine-building and other industries."
We will remind that "Boryspil Automobile Plant" was declared bankrupt in 2023, the property was the subject of a mortgage under a loan from 2007, so it became the property of "Ukreximbank".
In August 2023, the arbitration administrator, who is in charge of the liquidation of PJSC "Boryspilsky Avtozavod", twice tried to sell the company's property at the electronic auction "Prozorro.Sales", but both attempts ended unsuccessfully due to the lack of participants
