Ukraine’s TENCORE to Enter Canadian Market with Production of TerMIT Unmanned Ground Vehicles

Ukrainian defense technology company TENCORE and Canada's Dominion Dynamics have reached an agreement to manufacture TerMIT unmanned ground vehicles in Canada

Ukrainian defense technology company TENCORE has reached an agreement with Canadian company Dominion Dynamics to manufacture TerMIT unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) in Canada. Serial production is scheduled to begin in 2027. The partnership is expected to expand manufacturing capacity for the Ukrainian-developed system and support its entry into international markets.

TerMIT is a Ukrainian-developed unmanned ground vehicle designed to perform missions in hazardous environments. The use of such platforms enables robotic systems to carry out operations in which the presence of personnel in high-risk areas could pose significant dangers.

The agreement with Dominion Dynamics provides for the establishment of manufacturing operations in Canada. Localizing production abroad could create additional opportunities to scale manufacturing capacity and supply unmanned ground vehicles to international customers.

For Ukraine's defense technology sector, the cooperation represents an example of international industrial collaboration and the expansion of Ukrainian-developed technologies into foreign markets. The partnership also creates opportunities to increase the production of unmanned ground systems outside Ukraine.

The financial terms of the agreement, including the investment amount and the value of the planned manufacturing operations, have not been disclosed. Therefore, the announcement concerns a manufacturing partnership rather than a confirmed investment transaction with a publicly disclosed value.

Serial production of TerMIT unmanned ground vehicles in Canada is scheduled to begin in 2027.
