On February 26, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine approved a transaction allowing PE “Ukrpaletsystem,” the operator of the UPG network, to lease an additional 65 filling stations. The assets were previously owned by various companies affiliated with the Privat group. The transaction involves the lease of integrated property complexes — fully operational fuel stations with related infrastructure.
The companies whose assets will transfer under UPG’s control include Sirius Gold LLC, Sorella Oil LLC, Newport Holding LLC, Tequila Gold LLC, Corso Town LLC, Perspektyva Pro LLC, Leader Finance LLC, Naftaprime LLC, Vertix-Mall LLC, Zhasmi-Trade LLC, Angel Capital LLC, Albiland LLC, Ecotrade Company LLC, Aylong Evolution LLC, Sky Project LLC, and Like Invest LLC. All 65 filling stations are located in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Following completion of the transactions, the UPG network will grow from 556 to 621 stations. The company thus continues its active market expansion. Earlier, between July and October 2025, the Antimonopoly Committee approved the lease of 349 filling stations to Ukrpaletsystem, previously operating under the ANP and Avias brands.
UPG founder Volodymyr Petrenko announced this during the “Energy of Business” forum on October 24 in a conversation with Forbes Ukraine editor-in-chief and founder Volodymyr Fedorin. According to him, as of the end of September 2025, the network comprised 436 stations, and the company’s strategic goal is to become the leader of Ukraine’s fuel market.
UPG positions itself as a Ukrainian chain of fuel and service complexes and is present in 20 regions of the country. The network operator, Ukrpaletsystem, has its own logistics infrastructure and directly imports fuel from leading refineries in Europe and the United States. The company emphasizes uniform quality standards — from laboratory testing of each fuel batch to equipment maintenance and standardized recipes across its VIVO café network. UPG was founded by Volodymyr Petrenko.
The company’s financial performance also shows growth. In 2024, Ukrpaletsystem’s revenue exceeded UAH 38 billion, with net profit of UAH 19 million. In January–September 2025, revenue reached UAH 30.2 billion, while net profit totaled UAH 214 million, according to YouControl data.
