IT industry of Ukraine increased exports of its services from around USD 3bn to USD 3.6bn in 2017, according to the association of outsourcing companies of IT Ukraine. Next year, the exports are expected to reach USD 4.5bn.
At this, IT sector can double two times, according to experts and the market players.
IT Ukraine Association attributes such a successful performance to talented and educated labor as a background.
The number of the specialists engaged in IT stands at 116 thousand in Ukraine, as of present. The leading university that prepared graduates of IT professions was the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute".
