Reportedly, this was the last of the necessary permits for the buyer of a large state-owned jewelry factory in Lviv.
At the auction for the sale of the plant, the only bidder was GDC Ukraine ltd. With a initial offer of UAH 185.4 million GDC Ukraine ltd became a winner, and in November 2022 a purchase and sale agreement was signed with the company.
Area of the property of the plant is 6151 m², located 90 Antonovycha Street, Lviv city.
