Riviera Club Aquapark is a large-scale recreational and entertainment complex in Irpin, Kyiv Region, combining a water park, family recreation, restaurant infrastructure, concerts and private events, as well as additional seasonal leisure formats.
The project is being developed within the Kyiv metropolitan area, with a potential target audience comprising residents of Kyiv, Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel, and surrounding districts.
The designed capacity of the complex provides for approximately 1,000 visitors per day.

Key Components of the Complex
Phase 1 of Riviera Club includes: an adult water attraction complex with 6 water slides, a children’s water complex, a swimming pool, a children’s pool with a water play area, a children’s spray zone, a splashdown pool, a stage and infrastructure for music and creative events, a covered summer venue, a restaurant, food court, bar area, administrative and utility building, dual-purpose protective shelter, auxiliary infrastructure, and sanitary facilities.
A separate area is planned for private events.
The main swimming pool area is 621.8 m². For the event segment, the project includes a modern stage of approximately 49 m² and a summer seating area of approximately 738 m².
Phase 2 includes: a café, banquet hall, separate swimming pool with a jacuzzi, and a VIP area.
Business Model
Riviera Club is positioned not only as a water park, but as a multifunctional leisure & entertainment complex, allowing for several independent revenue streams.

Project Financial Model
Simple estimated payback period of the project: ≈ 5 years after reaching planned operating targets.
Offer to Investors
The project initiators are considering attracting a strategic or financial investor with an investment ticket from $1 to complete the development of Riviera Club Aquapark.
The investment is planned to be used to complete construction and installation works, purchase and install equipment, improve the site, launch engineering and operating infrastructure, and prepare the complex for opening.
The investor participation format, equity stake in the project, corporate structure, and investment return mechanism are subject to negotiation with the potential investor.
