The enterprise is located in Carpathian region in an ecologically clean area between Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi regions.
There are no dangerous industries nearby, the region has its own special microclimate, which gives a special taste to the fruit. The uniqueness is also given by the geographical location, which allows to avoid partially the risks of crop loss caused by weather conditions. The company constantly attracts foreign specialists from Germany and Holland to comply with the quality standards of its products.

The total land area is 241.06 hectares, of which:

The land is in long term lease. Valid from 2009 to 2058 (49 years).

The driveways are asphalted and maintained in good condition, there are 2 entrances/exits to the territory.
In addition, it is possible to purchase 92 hectares of agricultural land at a distance of up to 200 m from the enterprise.
There is an approved project for planting an apple orchard on 100 hectares. On 90 hectares of prepared arable land, it is planned to plant apple trees (30 hectares) of the Jeremini variety and the Royal GALA variety (30 hectares) in the first place.
Power supply:
The company has a separate substation on its balance sheet, which is used for the controlled atmosphere refrigerating chamber for 2,000 tons. There are additional unused capacities for another similar refrigerating chamber.
A separate electricity line with a capacity of 35 kW and 10 kW runs through the territory. Both lines are independent.

* The decrease in income and profit in recent years is associated with the uprooting of unpromising varieties of apples and planting of new ones.
In 2021, 11 hectares of export Jeremini apples were planted. In 3 years, this orchard will increase the amount of marketable apples by 350 tons. It is also planned to purchase a fossovka line for packing apples in balls and nets, this protection will allow an increase of 250 tons of marketable apples.
The complex of these measures will allow the business to pay off in 4 years.
