Business model for project implementation:
- Selection and development of an investment project based on agreed criteria (investment size, profitability).
- Preparation and execution of all necessary documents. The land is registered only in the name of the investor and he is 100% the owner (we also help to open companies in his name upon purchase).
- Development of an architectural project on the basis of which the investor receives a final estimate, which fully specifies all deadlines for the work, payment methods, costs, and guarantees for the work in accordance with Spanish law.
- Signing a contract with our company for the implementation of the architectural project and the construction of the facility itself. At this stage, there is an advance payment (the advance payment % depends on the final cost of construction) and then payment for certification of the work performed, usually about once a month.
- Construction of real estate: private villas, commercial real estate, apartment or villa complexes.
- Obtaining a license for occupancy and selling the finished property, which provides the investor with profit and return on investment (the investor may not sell the finished property, since he is 100% its owner).
Investment conditions:
