Location
The land plot on which the property complex is located is located on the right-bank part of the city of Kyiv, in the Goloseevsky administrative district. The site is located in an industrial area, near the Bald Mountain Historical Area and near the Capital Highway.
The entrance to the land plot is provided from Prospect Nauki along Lysogorskaya street, which passes into Pirogovsky put street. The road to the complex has an asphalt surface and two lanes. The land plot has a regular rectangular shape. From the south-east direction, the site borders on the roadway of Pirogovsky put street.
General plan, Landscaping
On the land plot, within the allotted territory, an administrative building and industrial and production buildings are designed outside the territory from the side of the roadway, improvement of the adjacent territory is provided. Entry and exit from the territory of the property complex is carried out through a checkpoint with a security guard and weight control. The territory involves the movement of large-sized equipment, vehicles of service personnel, employees and guests of the complex. The main entrance is located on the side of Pirogovsky Put Street.
Constructive decisions
The structures located on the territory are made of a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, the internal horizontal enclosing structure is made using reinforced concrete beams and floor slabs. The walls of the structures are made of wall reinforced concrete slabs. Partitions for most rooms are made of solid bricks on a cement-sand mortar with reinforcement with a masonry mesh and fastened to reinforced concrete slabs of the ceiling with a channel.
