The location near the storage of various wastes, power plants, airports and critical infrastructure facilities is unacceptable.
Real estate parameters:
1. Industrial premises: from 1,000 m2 - 1,200 m2, height from 8 m
Categories of premises: production area for food production, laboratory, offices, locker rooms, kitchen, restrooms.
2. Warehouse for food storage: 1 300 - 1700 м2;
- The height of the warehouse is from 8-10 meters;
- The floor must be able to withstand high loads per 1 m2;
- Availability of 2 ramps for unloading and loading products and raw materials (availability of a hydroboard).
3. Administrative part: 200 m2 - 300 m2
Additional office space with a meeting room, separate from production for employees of the financial department, commercial service and others (showroom, meeting room, etc.). Preferably the second floor or a separate room within walking distance.
Note: A possible type of building is made of sandwich panels, open space with the ability to independently make and separate all the necessary zones in order to meet the requirements of HACCP. After all, food production is very responsible and has certain requirements.
Land plot: optimal size, 1-2 hectares
Utilities:
- Electricity, capacity required for the full production cycle with a margin for line expansion of 150 kW.
- Availability of space on the territory for installation of a 5 cubic meter gas tank or availability of centralized gas.
- Mandatory water supply (centralized supply or the ability to make your own well).
- Mandatory access to the ceiling (roof) for the purpose of inspection and cleaning of smoke exhaust pipes and other routine maintenance.
- Availability of a fire extinguishing system or the possibility of installing one (fire hydrants, etc.), emergency fire exits.
