Construction Characteristics
Floor slabs are precast reinforced concrete panels with a thickness of 320 mm between the basement and the ground floor and 220 mm on other floors, with precast reinforced concrete beams. External walls are made of 300 mm expanded clay blocks with insulation and decorative plaster finishing. Stairwell walls and elevator shafts are monolithic reinforced concrete; stair flights are precast reinforced concrete. The building features a combined roof with internal drainage, finished with a PVC roofing membrane.
According to acoustic comfort requirements, the building is classified as Class C, which requires minimum sound insulation standards at the design stage. The design solutions ensure sound insulation of internal enclosing structures in compliance with LBN 016-15 standards (Appendix No. 3) and limit indirect noise transmission through adjacent structures. For hotels, the standard sound insulation between bedrooms and between bedrooms and common areas is at least 53 dB, and between a room and a corridor or stairwell at least 33 dB.
