An agricultural enterprise with a land bank of approximately 1,500 ha of cultivated farmland in Odesa Region, near the city of Pivdenne, located about 5 km from Pivdennyi Port, is offered for sale.
The asset combines an operating agricultural business, a modern precision farming system, proprietary infrastructure, a fleet of agricultural machinery and grain elevator capacities, creating an integrated model for growing, post-harvest processing, storage and sale of grain and oilseed crops.
The company’s land bank is formed mainly of large land plots, with most fields ranging from 20 to 150 ha, which is convenient for efficient mechanized cultivation. The average term of land lease agreements is around 5 years. Soil analysis has been carried out by AgriLab on 100% of the fields, enabling the company to plan crop nutrition, select optimal fertilizer application rates and develop technological maps for each crop.
Production is organized using modern precision farming tools. All fields and production processes are integrated into Cropwise Operations, FieldView and John Deere Operations Center systems. This ensures digital control over field operations, machinery movement, input use, execution of technological operations and yields. Data is available to both the agronomist and the owner online, improving management transparency and control over operational efficiency.
The enterprise has an implemented crop rotation system that includes winter rapeseed, winter wheat, winter peas, flax and coriander. Due to the combination of crop rotation, soil analysis, precision farming and efficient technological practices, the enterprise’s yields are higher than the average indicators for southern Ukraine.
The enterprise owns a production base with real estate and infrastructure for storing and servicing machinery, accommodating personnel and managing operations. The base includes garages, a fuel station, an office building, and areas for storing agricultural machinery and vehicles. The total area of premises is approximately 300 m², while the base territory covers around 18 ha.
The machinery fleet includes equipment for carrying out key field operations, including tractors, a combine harvester, a seeder, a sprayer, tillage equipment, an unloading auger wagon, a loader and vehicles. Key machinery units include a Case MX 310, John Deere 9670 STS, Amazone DMC Primera 9000-2 seeder, TOP AIR sprayer, JCB 530-70 loader and other equipment. Part of the machinery is additionally equipped with navigation, autopilot, ISOBUS and technological operation control systems.
A separate important advantage of the asset is its own grain elevator, located approximately 5 km from Pivdennyi Port. The elevator has a total simultaneous storage capacity of 15,000 tonnes and includes three floor warehouses of 5,000 tonnes each, a Sukup dryer with a capacity of 16.8 t/h, as well as two grain cleaning lines with capacities of 100 t/h and 50 t/h. This infrastructure allows the enterprise not only to meet the needs of its own production, but also to use the elevator as a logistics buffer near the port, including for post-harvest processing, cleaning, accumulation and transshipment of products.
The asset may be of interest to agricultural holdings, grain traders, port operators, agricultural investors and companies seeking a ready agricultural production platform with advantageous logistics near one of the key ports of the Black Sea region.
