The sanatorium of the highest category is one of the best recreation facilities in the Carpathians. The sanatorium complex includes 50 cozy, modern rooms of 4* category, with all conditions (one-, two-room, and also two-storey cottages).

Today, taking into account the free territory (2 hectares), there are several directions for the further development of the complex:
1. Construction of a 6-storey apart-hotel with an area of 9,150 sq.m. with 96 rooms.
The authoritative international company Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 developed a concept (Feasibility Study) for the construction of an Apart-Hotel with 96 rooms (75 sq.m each) of a middle class, a restaurant, a bar, a conference hall, a SPA center and a wellness center, a swimming pool, open park.
The business model of profitable real estate involves the sale of 50% of the apart-hotel's room stock, followed by the management of the management company.
Financial and economic indicators of the project:
- required amount of investment in construction: $13,248,000, of which 50% own funds, 50% bank loan.
- the cost of sales to retail investors is $2,400 per sq.m., the profitability of investors is 8.6% per annum.

2. Construction of a rehabilitation and medical complex
After Ukraine's victory in the war, it will be necessary to restore not only communications, roads, buildings, but also to rehabilitate civilians and military personnel. Hundreds, thousands of Ukrainians after injuries will require recovery, treatment and adaptation to civilian life.
In this context, the construction of a modern rehabilitation center on the territory of the existing sanatorium complex becomes relevant. This trend is evidenced by the results of the forum in Switzerland (Lugano) as part of the plan for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
