Agro-Processing Industrial Park Near Kyiv to Be Developed with UAH 710 Million in Investment

The Cabinet of Ministers has added the BUCHA TECHNO GARDEN II industrial park in the Kyiv Region to the Register of Industrial Parks

he Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has added the BUCHA TECHNO GARDEN II industrial park, located in the village of Myrotske, Bucha District, Kyiv Region, to the Register of Industrial Parks. The project is expected to attract UAH 710.2 million in investment, create 378 new jobs, and support the development of processing industries.

According to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the industrial park has been established for a 30-year period on a 12.6-hectare site.

The park is expected to host processing companies specialising in fruit and vegetable processing and preservation, as well as the manufacture of machinery and equipment.

The total investment required to implement the project is estimated at UAH 710.2 million. Financing will be provided by the industrial park’s initiators, its management company, and future residents, together with state support mechanisms available to industrial parks.

According to Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the project is focused on the development of agricultural processing, one of the promising sectors of the Ukrainian economy in which the country has a substantial raw material base and stable demand. The launch of enterprises within the industrial park is expected to create 378 jobs, providing an additional stimulus for the economic development of the Bucha community and the Kyiv Region.
