The project includes eight phases of warehouse facilities and two phases of retail spaces. The first facilities will be commissioned this year, with full completion expected by mid-2026. According to the developer’s estimates, the investment offers a payback period of 7–9 years.
The total area of the logistics park will reach 51,000 sq. m, combining the Obriy retail park with modern warehouses ranging from 89 to 13,000 sq. m. Among the first announced tenants are Epicenter, Nova Poshta, Jysk, Sinsay, and Avrora.
The new complex will create more than 700 jobs and is set to become one of the region’s key infrastructure hubs.
Alterra Group has been active in the market since 2016. Its portfolio includes nine large-scale projects, with over 107,000 sq. m already commissioned and an additional 108,000 sq. m planned for delivery in 2025. In 2024 alone, the company doubled its revenue to UAH 236.9 million and nearly halved its losses.
