Alterra Group has announced plans to build the Formacia.Vinnytsia industrial park, a 175,000 sq. m development expected to host up to 50 companies and create approximately 3,500 jobs. The company will continue to manage the facility after construction is complete, with an expected payback period of 9 years for investors.
The project will follow the Quadruple Helix model, integrating education, business, government, and civil society to foster innovation and support the export activities of resident companies.
The park will include an innovation center with a prototyping lab, R&D hub, and business incubator. Additional on-site infrastructure will feature a serviced apartment hotel, cafeteria, gym, supermarket, sports facilities, a client service center, and public shelters.
The full project is scheduled for completion by 2029.
“Formacia.Vinnytsia” is the second development in Alterra Group’s “Formacia” series. The first, “Formacia.Lviv,” is an industrial park created in partnership with Lviv City Council, the Kyiv School of Economics, and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
Alterra Group LLC, founded in 2016 with a charter capital of UAH 5 million, is led by beneficiary Dmytro Kovalchuk. The company has already commissioned over 107,868 sq. m of commercial real estate.
